The vision for this sixteen acres site is a hotel that enhances the local economy and promotes high quality architectural design as well as integrating the public open space into the wider community. These factors were central to the hotel design and development in terms of both the masterplan and detail design.
Planning permission has been granted for a 426 room hotel, conference centre, restaurant, bar, health club, swimming pool , landscaping and parking.
