Future Sherbourne Developments project in Marlborough. St Peter’s Mews will comprise eight classically designed, bespoke properties.
St Peter’s Mews is set to be entirely residential, with two houses, four maisonettes and seven flats along with the construction of seven new houses on land to the rear, providing a total of twenty new dwellings. The work will also include the construction of a new combined refuse, re-cycling and bike storage building and parking for a total of forty-four cars.
Completion of this development will be Spring 2024.
